Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost: Standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays).

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after processing. Some orders ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse, so delivery can occasionally take longer during peak seasons.

Tracking: You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Late or lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships.
